OUR STORY

Incorporated in 2001, The Makar Company began its journey in General Contracting with a strong foundation in Northern Virginia. Under the leadership of Brian and Cheryl Marchelewski, our reach has since expanded to serve Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.

Located in the heart of Winchester, Virginia, The Makar Company brings extensive experience across a wide range of project types, including retail, office spaces, churches, convenience stores, fueling facilities, daycare centers, and custom homes. We provide comprehensive services in Pre-Construction, Construction Management, and General Contracting—with the added option of fast-track construction for time-sensitive projects.
